Art and I aren't friends at the moment. And, like always, it seems I'll just have to wait it out, until my brain and fingers decide to work together again. I want to draw. Which is surprising. I want to color and experiment and express. It's like my sight has been taken away when I can't. My sight and my voice. I can't scream, even. Just drown and choke until my muse takes pity on me and pulls my head above the water for another little while.
Lord, this is so frustrating. Please help me.

The Pennsauken, NJ shelter had it's license revoked due to unkept and dangerous conditions for the animals. There are currently 31 dogs and 5 cats on the premises that are in desperate need of adoption. If these animals are not adopted by the end of the month, they will be euthanized.
The West Jersey Animal Shelter is open for adoptions Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. and from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Phone (856) 486-2180.

Melissa's (Gab's) birthday party is finally upon us! The date for the party is September 3rd and the time is roughly 4pm-6:30pm. She's shy of humans and still bites if you get too close, though she's calmed down enormously.
